# Privacy Policy for Ludo Prince

Welcome to Ludo Prince. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for players of all ages. Ludo Prince is a local and online multiplayer board game application rated for ages 3 and up.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

## 1. Information We Collect

Ludo Prince can be played entirely anonymously as a **Guest**, which requires no sign-in and collects no personal data. 

To provide you with specific social and online features (such as playing with friends), Ludo Prince collects and processes certain information only when you choose to use those features. Because our app is rated for ages 3+, we ensure that any data collected is strictly necessary for the internal operation of the game:

*   **Authentication Information (Optional):** If you choose to use features like "Play with Friends," you will be asked to sign in using third-party services (such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In). We collect basic profile information provided by these services (like a name, email address, or a unique user identifier) solely to authenticate your account and connect you with other players.
*   **Game and Usage Data:** We store data related to your in-game progress, multiplayer match history, and account settings to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
*   **Device Information:** We may collect basic, non-identifying device information (such as operating system version and device model) to help us troubleshoot bugs and optimize game performance.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:
*   To create, authenticate, and manage your player account (if you choose to sign in).
*   To facilitate online multiplayer matchmaking and real-time gameplay with friends.
*   To save your game progress and synchronize it across multiple devices.
*   To identify and fix technical issues or bugs within the app.

*We do not use your data to build user profiles for behavioral advertising.*

## 3. Third-Party Services

Ludo Prince utilizes third-party services strictly to power its online features and authentication. These services have their own privacy policies addressing how they handle data:

*   **Google Firebase:** We use Firebase (including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, and Cloud Functions) for secure backend infrastructure, data storage, and real-time multiplayer syncing.
*   **Authentication Providers:** We use Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In to allow you to securely log into the game.

**No Advertising or Tracking:** Ludo Prince does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or targeted marketing technologies.

## 4. Permissions

Ludo Prince respects your device's security and **does not** request any sensitive permissions (such as access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or GPS Location). 

The app only requests standard permissions required for functionality:
*   **Internet Access:** Required to connect to multiplayer servers and synchronize game data.
*   **Network State:** Required to detect if your device is connected to the internet.
*   **Local Network Access (iOS):** Used solely to connect with players on the same local network during local multiplayer sessions.

## 5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with the third-party infrastructure providers mentioned above (e.g., Google Firebase) strictly for the purpose of operating the game and providing multiplayer functionality. 

## 6. Children’s Privacy

Ludo Prince is rated for ages 3 and up and is designed to be safe for a broad audience, including children. 

We comply with applicable children's privacy regulations (such as COPPA). The core game can be played anonymously as a Guest. Any personal information collected when choosing to sign in (such as authentication identifiers) is used solely for the "internal operations" of the game, specifically to allow playing with friends and game saving. 

We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their children's online activity. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected inappropriate information from your child outside the scope of internal game operations, please contact us immediately so we can remove that data.

## 7. Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your Ludo Prince account and all associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

**In-App Deletion:**
1. Open the Ludo Prince app.
2. Go to Settings > Profile.
3. Tap the "Delete Account" button.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

**Web Deletion Request:**
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly:
1. Send an email to **shekhawatsavindra@gmail.com** from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: **"Account Deletion Request - Ludo Prince"**.
3. Upon receiving your request, we will manually delete your account, authentication record, and all associated game/usage data from our Firebase servers within 7 business days.

**Data Kept:** 
Once deleted, all your personal data (email, name, user ID) and game progress will be permanently erased from our active databases. We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion.

## 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app listing on the App Store/Google Play Store and the Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated.
